What MIND-AID DoES

MiND-AID is a free navigation service that supports young people on their journey to mental wellness. They are connected with safe support, and tools to help them feel better.

How THEY CAN Help

System Navigation

Mind-Aid’s Navigators serve residents of Muskoka who are under 30 years old and their guardians. Once they hear from you through their website, phone or email, the Navigators will learn more about your specific struggle, and then provide a menu of options for you to consider. Mind-Aid will then continue to support you as needed, in understanding and getting connected to services and resources you choose.

PsychoEducation

Mind-Aid provides Mental Health and Suicide Awareness training and workshops in Muskoka.

Funding

The Navigators may be able to help you to find funding assistance for specialized services.
