Partnering with Aspen Valley Wildlife Sanctuary for 2025
We are thrilled to announce that for the 2025 Tall Pines Music & Arts Festival, we have partnered with the Aspen Valley Wildlife Sanctuary to support their mission of wildlife rehabilitation and education. Located in Rosseau, Ontario, Aspen Valley has been dedicated to caring for injured and orphaned wildlife for over 50 years.
To contribute to Aspen Valley's invaluable work, $1 from each festival ticket sold will be donated directly to the sanctuary. This means that every attendee plays a part in supporting the rescue, rehabilitation, and release of local wildlife.
About Aspen Valley Wildlife Sanctuary
Situated on 460 acres of natural habitat in beautiful Muskoka, Aspen Valley offers:
Rehabilitation Programs: Rescuing sick, injured, and orphaned wildlife, with the goal of returning them to their natural environments once rehabilitated.
Permanent Residency: Providing forever homes for native species that cannot be released back into the wild due to human interference.
Educational Outreach: Educating the public about living in harmony with wildlife, fostering a community that respects and protects our natural neighbours.
Recent Achievements
In January 2025, Aspen Valley became the first wildlife rehabilitation facility in Canada to be accredited by the Global Federation of Animal Sanctuaries (GFAS). This prestigious recognition underscores their commitment to the highest standards of animal care and welfare.
