Details
Hours of Operation: Friday, July 18: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM / Saturday, July 19: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Food Vendor Fee: $1199 for both Friday and Saturday
Expected Attendance: 5,000 to 6,000 fans over the weekend
Electricity: NO electricity to be provided. You may bring your own power source.
Deadline: Application closes April 17, 2025.
Important: All food vendors must stick to local public health guidelines and safety protocols. We take safety seriously, so keep it top of mindโfailure to comply can lead to ejection from the site. Letโs keep everyone safe and have an amazing festival!

You are responsible for any permitting, inspections, and costs associated from Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit and the Town of Gravenhurst (apx. $175).
